  Hope On, An Anthology of Comics Hope On is a collection of six short stories, presented in the form of a comic book. The stories were compiled to a non-fiction graphic novel by Nithin Mathew and Sanid Asif Ali. During 2020, with Covid, the world was going through uncertain times. And people were clueless as to what was happening and for how long the lockdown situation was going to last. It was then that Sanid and Nithin came up with the question “Do you have a story to tell?”   Few people were living by themselves, not able to meet their friends, drawn deeper into their loneliness.    Lady Tarzan! Jamuna takes a Stand.   The picture book, Lady Tarzan is written by the storyteller, Lavanya Karthik. Illustrated by Rajiv Eipe, who has worked on several children’s books.   This English storybook is appropriate for ages 2+. Jamuna as a child, was taught by her father that our mother nature is what keeps us all alive and well. The trees should be considered as our brothers and sisters. We as humans should at all costs save the trees from destruction. In this incredible true-life story, Jamuna considers trees as her brothers and sisters.  Not everyone accepted Jamuna for her respect and love for trees. At times her own villagers, scared of the wood smugglers, refused to support Jamuna for a good cause. As you know, a good forest is a beautiful ecosystem by itself.
